The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
1. Project management
1.1 Initiate packaging projects and ensure that the information defining the scope of the project is
correctly identified.
1.2. Prepare new project launches with all stakeholders and ensure that GMP procedures and
requirements are met.
1.3. Provide leadership and be the point of contact between customers and internal departments for
project development and management.
1.4. Develop and monitor a project schedule.
1.5. Ensure effective communication of project activities, status and requirements to all appropriate
stakeholders.
1.6. Participate actively in production planning meetings.
1.7. Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years' experience in project management is an asset but attitude and desire to success will be the main qualification evaluated.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English).
- Computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Internet).
- Work from the office 4 days a week
