OverviewWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join Aurate. As a Creative Strategist, you’ll play a key role in driving the creative process for our business. You will support the Marketing Team by delivering highly creative, innovative, and impactful campaigns across multiple channels. Day-to-day, you’ll work with members of the Aurate Marketing Team, third-party agencies, and other cross-functional partners within our company to implement top-notch creative strategies, processes, and high-quality creative assets. The Creative Strategist is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing creative projects, including ideation, conception, briefing, and project management.
What You’ll Do:- Manage creative projects across email, SMS, ads, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the marketing team and the organization.
- Develop creative concepts, write detailed briefs, and oversee the entire process from concept to final execution.
- Oversee the productivity and output of our design team, ensuring they produce high-quality creatives on time.
- Stay updated with creative trends, studying competitors and brands of interest.
- Perform copywriting for marketing channels including email, SMS, and ads.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet required standards.
- Work with the leadership team to refine our tone of voice, differentiators, and brand messaging.
- Develop a solid understanding of our customer persona and how to communicate with them effectively.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into effective campaigns.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Experience with copywriting for marketing channels.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands where digital is the primary distribution channel.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, design, jewelry, and/or luxury goods preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Sound knowledge of marketing design best practices.
Key Qualifications:- Previous experience as a creative strategist, art director, or similar creative role.
- Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, business management, related area of study, or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in brand marketing, creative, advertising, or a related field.
