Zearch are assisting a high growth Series A AI company and is seeking their first Business Operations Manager (BizOpz) to supercharge their growth.
Our client have product market fit, and have hit $2M ARR in just 18 months. Now they are on the journey to scale from $2m to $10m in ARR -> And Beyond.
Initially, you’ll focus on automating onboarding processes in close collaboration with the Sales and Engineering teams.

By partnering with the founders, as well as the Engineering, Product, and Sales teams, you’ll be a part of helping one of NYC’s fastest-growing startups scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop processes to support go-to-market and operational needs by tackling complex business challenges within a startup environment.
- Through programmatic solutions, work cross-functionally between Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to streamline onboarding processes.
- Guide key strategic decisions on product and market expansion, pricing, and more by conducting in-depth analyses.
- Identify areas of strength and improvement by analyzing unit economics and cross-functional metrics/KPIs.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity or operations/strategy at a rapidly growing startup.
- Experience analysing insights from both quantitative and qualitative data with exceptional accuracy.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex ideas and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
- A strong execution focus, with the capability to dissect problems, devise solutions, and drive them to completion independently.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and rally others across all levels and functions toward common business goals.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, coupled with a passion for continuous learning.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and other business tools and systems, or a willingness to acquire these skills.
- Experience creating programmatic workflows using code or low-code tools such as Zapier or Clay.
- Experience at high-growth startups or technology companies.
