Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Oakland CA – Hybrid
Duration: 12+ months contract with possible extension
Job Description:
- Contracts and vendor management professional with a strong background maintaining documentation controls in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable in procurement, service level agreements (SLAs), contract administration, and contract negotiations with IT and security.
- Experience creating Purchase Orders received from IT partners and end-customers and managed document routing in accordance with delegation of authority (DOA), and tracks document routing to ensure timely processing.
