Currently, we are excited to add a key individual to our growing team as a Project Coordinator, Creative Services. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, well-versed, and experienced, ready to take on project coordination with the precision and creativity that PUSH is known for.
Position Overview:
As the Project Coordinator, Creative Services at PUSH, you will be the cornerstone of our creative projects, ensuring smooth and efficient execution from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will serve as the primary point of contact, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across all phases.
- Resource Management: Partner with the Director of Creative Services to allocate creative talent, technical expertise, and necessary equipment. Monitor resource utilization, adjusting as needed to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Budget & Cost Control: Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure delivery within allocated budgets. Identify potential budgetary issues early and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Schedule Management: Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, milestones, and deadlines. Monitor project progress, address bottlenecks, and implement strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all projects meet PUSH’s high standards. Regularly review projects to identify and rectify issues or discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Provide regular project updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Social Community & PUSH Media Management: Oversee the management and engagement of social communities for clients, including strategy development to increase community interaction. Manage PUSH Media's social channels by planning, scheduling, and executing content. Coordinate the creation, distribution, and performance tracking of PUSH’s monthly newsletter. Additionally, manage the calendar and submission process for industry awards, ensuring high-quality entries that meet all criteria.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare and present project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support to Director: Provide direct support to the Director in scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and assisting in strategic planning. Contribute to decision-making processes and operational improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the creative services department.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A positive outlook, can-do attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.
