The objective of the Senior Marketing Associate is to implement strategies and tactics that generate demand and drive revenue.
Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, this role involves supporting marketing campaigns of varying complexity, creating content across multiple channels, and leveraging HubSpot for data-driven marketing. The Senior Marketing Associate will support website management, coordinate with external partners, and analyze and optimize marketing efforts for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates possess a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a proactive mindset, with a strong background in marketing, content creation, and project management.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for leveraging HubSpot for marketing purposes
Create content for all marketing channels, including social media, print, website, and digital (i.e., email, SEM, ad networks, etc.) and working with designers for creative needs
Writing, designing, and managing email campaigns and automation
Provide reports and insights to support data-driven decision making (e.g., utilize Search Console, Google Analytics, HubSpot, NetSuite, SEMrush)
Oversee website, including new content and updates, UX/UI, deploying new features, uptime and reliability
Collaborates between internal teams and marketing agency partner(s), including assigning and monitoring tasks, deadlines, reports, and attribution

Requirements:
BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent
in job experience
5+ years of experience in a marketing role with similar responsibilities
Extensive expertise leveraging HubSpot, building workflows, and measuring and reporting on performance metrics
Experience with services and/or apps such as Adobe CC and Canva, or comparable tools
Extensive experience working with analytics tools, creating reports, interpreting data and communicating them clearly
Highly creative, with strong ability to provide direction to designers for creative projects
Effective project manager, ability to monitor personal workflows, hit deadlines, and hold expectations for deliverables from others
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
Work history in a health and wellness category a plus!
