Our client is a Canadian company specializing in Salesforce solutions and custom web development. Their approach emphasizes prototyping, building, and continuous testing to deliver solutions that seamlessly integrate with clients' operations.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce and CRM implementation to lead the delivery of strategic projects for our clients. This role involves overseeing multiple complex CRM-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and client-facing teams, to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of mid market or enterprise Salesforce and CRM-based projects (minimum 250K in size with multiple clouds) including requirements such as gathering, scope definition, scheduling, and risk management. Salesforce CRM projects is an asset but not a must.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and effective resolution of issues. Strong business acumen is a must!
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with developers, Salesforce administrators, CRM consultants, and other team members to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Monitor project performance using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar PM software.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet client needs and adhere to best practices in CRM and Salesforce development.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner. Proactively handle changes in project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure project success.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with the client-facing teams to ensure that clients are updated on project progress and are satisfied with the delivery of services. Strong conflict resolution is required on the job.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specs, user guides, and training materials. Provide regular status reports to management and clients.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, CRM consultants, and third-party service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically managing Salesforce or CRM implementations.
- Technical Expertise/Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) and other CRM platforms. Ability to work closely with development teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Project Ownership: this role will manage complex digital projects from A-Z
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, Notion, Loom or MS Project. Familiarity with Salesforce administration and development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Must-haves:
- Ability to work on complex projects in CRM, Salesforce and Web and Mobile app projects (meaning data structure is complex, logic required to fulfill client expectations is tricky and requires an individual who has strong critical thinking and solution oriented mentality)
