Job Overview:
CureMD is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our office team located in the Financial District, Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of ensuring efficient office operations and providing administrative support across the team. This role will require working closely with Human Resources and the executive management team. This position is ideal for someone with previous admin experience and interest in office management as a long-term position. Must be local to the NYC area.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative: Provide administrative support to HR and executive management and all staff. Manage front desk, greet, and receive office visitors and direct them to the appropriate parties. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate catering and logistics for all staff meals and meetings.
- Office Management: Facilitate office logistics and operations, and manage office facilities, including office inventory, supplies, and equipment. Ensure that the office is organized and well-maintained and perform light housekeeping. Oversee relationships with office vendors and service providers, including IT, cleaning, and maintenance vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager in a professional environment.
- Previous experience in a small to medium office environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Base salary ranging from $55K-$65K.
