Financial Service company in Downtown San Francisco is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This is a long-term assignment.
This position is 100% in the office in San Francisco, CA.
Pay rate: $35+/hour
We are looking for someone with 3+ years administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive with all levels of administrative tasks.
- Answering phones, responding to emails.
- Extremely heavy calendar management and booking appointments.
- Booking travel for clients and the Executive, including ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
- Generate PowerPoint presentations.
- Enter data into their software system.
- Expense reports .
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
