Overview
Our client is seeking a Catalog Content Specialist to join the Catalog Systems team in Plantation, Florida. Catalog Systems sits within the larger Retail Operations team, which is responsible for creating the systems, services, and process infrastructure for all of the client's businesses. The team’s mission is to be the backbone for the company's Business/Category teams, helping win long-term customer trust, business growth, and profitability.
In this role, you will resolve requests to update customer-facing website content inclusive of product page details such as item names, attributes, specifications, and more. While implementing changes, you’ll also identify and eliminate potential defects, communicate effectively with Vendors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, driven and demonstrates a high degree of ownership in all they do. The ideal candidate strives to exceed expectations and is confident juggling numerous priorities while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar and 1+ years of professional experience in a similar setting.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft suite products - namely Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a driving passion to change, challenge, and improve processes.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools such as (Confluence, JIRA, etc.).
- Prior experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient in SQL and/or Tableau.
- E-commerce background.
