You will be working with an established client, undergoing expansion with a new state-of-the-art office about to open, meaning great potential for in-house progression, and increased opportunity for quick career progression. There really hasn’t been a better time to get on board.
You will be ensuring proper computer operation, documenting, and receiving end-user requests. You will be required to use diagnostic & help request tracking tools to resolve a variety of problems. You will be the go-to person for any office desktop issues. You will tackle a range of helpdesk operational duties alongside an introduction to Administration and project pipeline.
You will need:
- Proficient communications skills
- Familiarity with Windows & MacOS
- Office365 & AD.
- Azure
Experience preferable:
- MS Suite
- Tier I support
- 2-3 years of experience is preferable.
