POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Project Manager for a Remote based position.
- Maintain the Tech RoB and Technical Feedback SharePoint sites for content, design, fit & finish, list management, content management, website development, and other SharePoint related maintenance and content updates.
- Create new and maintain existing project documentations including PowerPoint decks, video walkthroughs, landing & training content, etc. for both field and corp audiences. This includes developing new content as well as updating fit & finish for existing content/slides provided by the team.
- Develop reporting slides/decks from existing PowerBI and Excel reports to make them appropriate for inclusion in large-scale and/or executive presentations and emails. This will include some level of data validation, chart and table formatting, addressing any hygiene issues, and assembling the final report views.
- Support with various monthly newsletters including managing core content templates, solicitation of updates from required team members, compiling the content into a single newsletter, and publishing that newsletter as needed.
- Manage the RoB meeting schedule for the team including sending out & updating meeting invites, attendee lists, agenda, presenters, and meeting notes/follow-up after the meetings.
- Assist the IAT team in supporting the coordination of Innovation Acceleration Room (IAR) and IAR Technical Office Hours (TOH) meetings including meeting agenda preparation, managing participants, and assisting with triaging incoming requests from the field for escalation to IAR/TOH.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience with expertise in SharePoint to support the team SharePoint sites.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience with content experience/ development using PowerPoint (cleaning up decks to increase impact), newsletters, etc.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience with Power BI and excel to be able to take data reports and make it suitable for exec emails.
- Must have ability to work independently and manage one’s time with minimum direction is VERY important

- A competitive pay range of $55/hr- $58/hr (depending on experience).
- 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
