Job Opportunity: Intake and Community Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. Here are the key responsibilities:
Lead Qualification
- Handle incoming leads via phone, contact forms, and live chat.
- Qualify potential clients based on their needs and eligibility
Appointment Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with potential new clients.
- Coordinate with the Director of Client Services to ensure smooth scheduling.
Data Management:
- Enter relevant information into our Lead Conversion System.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Payment Processing:
- Process payments using Law Pay and other firm-approved methods.
- Ensure timely and secure transactions.
Follow-Up:
- Engage with leads to schedule consultation appointments.
- Follow up with new clients regarding retainer payments.
Document Handling:
- Open client files and scan initial documents using Practice Management software.
- Transmit welcome documents to onboard new clients.
Active Participation:
- Attend staff meetings and actively contribute to discussions.
- Collaborate with key team members and external vendors.
Event Support:
- Assist the Marketing and Sales Department in planning and executing firm events.
- Engage in client cultivation activities to foster strong relationships.
- Coordinating and scheduling attorney engagement
- Finding speaking engagements
- Coordinating with Firm and the Event
- Help gather marketing materials
- Soliciting information feedback
- Helping with cultivation of leads generated from events
Compensation Structure:
Base Compensation: $40,000
Quota: 6 scheduled consultations per week
Commission: $20 for each scheduled consultation in excess of 6 per week and $10 for each consultation that converted to a retainer client, once the 6 per week threshold has been met.
Bonus: Up to $5,000 per quarter based on performance relating to Event Support. Attorneys will be required to participate in at least one engagement each quarter which will be aligned with your KPI for this bonus. You will be required to assist in coordinating at least one engagement for each attorney each quarter. In order to qualify for this bonus, you must meet your above quota.

- Call Center Experience: Familiarity with inbound and outbound calls (a plus).
- Data Entry Skills: Proficient in database management.
- Experience with CRM Programs: Knowledge of customer relationship management tools.
- Keyboard Typing: Efficient typing skills.
- Strong Multitasking Abilities: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Inbound Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Family Law Firm Experience: A plus.
