While we work 99% remotely (we have an annual company-wide retreat!), we operate as your average local business with 8 hours of work time with meetings 1:1, team-wide and company-wide each day. What is being a Marketing Coordinator All About? As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in project management, client communication, service delivery, and client advocacy to drive measurable results. Your main responsibility is overseeing the execution of digital marketing services for clients, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and maintaining open communication to meet and exceed client expectations.
As the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, you will guide them through digital marketing and web design processes, addressing their needs and advocating for their success. While delivering high-quality services is crucial, the core of this role lies in maintaining strong client relationships. We know client satisfaction only when they are able to witness the results of our services and experience that positive impact on their business.
Additionally, you’ll continue to develop your expertise in SEO best practices, providing SEO insights and strategies to support the team.
Ultimately, your role is pivotal in driving results and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables throughout the lifetime of the client’s project and services.
- Lead client meetings, including Kick-Off Meetings for program initiation and Quarterly Meetings to discuss progress, data, and trends.
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their goals, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and celebrating their successes.
- Anticipate client needs, address concerns proactively, and provide excellent customer service.
- Present and explain monthly and quarterly reports to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of their web design services.
Project Coordination:
- Manage the time, budget, and resources for projects and services, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to deliver high-quality web design and digital marketing services.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing efforts for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Act as a liaison between clients and service partners, facilitating approvals, service improvements, and any requested changes.
Service Delivery & Strategy:
- Ensure that clients' digital marketing services contribute to their business growth.
- Identify and present new opportunities to clients for expanding their services and enhancing their results.
- Devise strategies to improve marketing outcomes, collaborating with teams to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in client communication and customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and web design.
- Certifications or proven experience with SEO and SEO Strategies.
- Proven experience in account management or project management.
- Proven experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and experience in measuring campaign performance.
- Some experience in crafting marketing messages and creating buyer personas.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, present ideas effectively, and maintain open communication with clients.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly web design processes and their impact on business growth.
- Comfortable with sales-oriented tasks, including presenting new opportunities and proposing new services to clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
