Job DescriptionThe Creative Producer will be responsible for managing, and producing content including video and still assets for our clients’ marketing needs. The Creative Producer will interface, collaborate with, and assist our Paid Media and Creative teams with the ideation, production, execution, and organization of creative assets and deliverables. Regular responsibilities include producing, managing, and/or executing/assisting on photo & video shoots, and managing UGC content creators and influencers alongside the Content Manager. Internally the Creative Producer will collaborate with Account Managers to meet client needs, communicate and manage post production needs with designers, illustrators, art directors, and align on timing, budget, and business goals. The individual must be fluent in social media and a dynamic multitasker that works well in a fast-paced environment, has business savvy, and be client facing to maintain and grow client relationships while delivering high quality content from conception to production that drives reach, reputation and revenue.

PRODUCTION
- Manage and direct in-house productions including photo & video shoots
- Out-source, manage, and direct vendors to produce photo & video shoots
- Coordinate and organize multiple monthly content photo/video shoots
- Manage and oversee pre-production along with the greater team including:
- Visual, technical, trend research
- Visual Treatments
- Messaging Calendars
- Creative Briefs
- Location scouting as needed
- Model hiring and organization as needed
- Prop planning and purchasing as needed
- Manage post-production
- Communicate with multiple vendors/producers simultaneously to ensure assets are produced in a timely manner and internal and external deadlines are met
- Contribute to our go-to network of UGC, content creators, and production vendors
CONTENT & ASSET CREATION
- Manage the creation and production of assets allocated to the internal team
- Manage delivery of assets for monthly content calendars & toolkits to internal teams (account managers will deliver to clients)
- Oversee the repurposing of brand provided content via copywriting overlays, graphics, and basic animations when necessary
COLLABORATION & SUPPORT
- Implement content strategies set forth by the Strategy team
- Work closely with Social House internal team and Account Managers to ensure content and assets support their respective goals
- Work directly with the the Account Managers to define the monthly shoot schedule, in line with on-going content calendars for various brands
- Provide estimates and maintain budgets for all projects and clients
- Strictly adhere to deadlines for delivery of all original content
- Work with the greater team to create detailed messaging calendars, shot lists, creative briefs for vendors, and ensure content remains consistent with client goals, needs, expectations, creative vision, and budget
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years overall working experience in social media and/or digital marketing for brands – understanding of paid content is a plus
- Must love coming up with new ideas, organization, and have an impeccable eye for detail
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective formats (Meta, X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Digitally connected and curious
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Understanding of the content trends shaping consumer behavior today and on the pulse of emerging changes
- Experience styling and conceiving visual storylines for clients in fashion, beauty, and tech industries
- Experience with professional lighting for photography both in studio and on-location
- Ability to work well under strict deadlines while juggling multiple projects
- Ability to manage, communicate with, and direct video editors & motion graphic animators as well as editing video and adding motion graphics and copy overlays
- Able to communicate professionally in both a verbal and written format
- Able to independently manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Ability to problem-solve using available resources
- Impeccable writing and grammar skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing and other commonly used creative tools
- Knowledge of commonly used creative and design terms/methods
- Knowledge and understanding of Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom

New Hire ExpectationsWITHIN 1 MONTH, THIS PERSON WILL
- Meet with all department heads to understand the workflow
- Meet with all direct reports as a group and individually to understand the existing process
- Review prior strategy reports, decks, and brand information, for downloading and review of our client roster
WITHIN 3 MONTHS, THIS PERSON WILL
- Demonstrate understanding and ability to build out production schedules and meet criteria deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to source talent, build production needs, and execute schedules and plans
- Be introduced to all clients
- Oversee direct reports and directly approve client deliverables
- Meet with department heads weekly to help guide the larger team and steer agency growth
WITHIN 6 MONTHS, THIS PERSON WILL
- Successfully plan, manage, direct, and deliver content/assets on schedule and within budget for multiple jobs/clients at a time
- Refining the departmental workflow to ensure the strategy team is able to scale
- Creating departmental procedures and turnkey training materials
- Setting goals for direct reports to ensure they’re striving to reach the next step in their career growth
- Working on and presenting new business pitches with the CEO and Sales Team
