Good + Bar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, as we are looking for someone who can also assist with event planning processes, manage our CRM (HighLevel), and contribute to various project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling emails, and maintaining records.
Event Planning Assistance:
- Input event details into Nowsta, our event planning and scheduling platform.
- Schedule worker shifts in Nowsta and send out shift requests to event staff.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain menu selections and ensure all preferences are accurately documented.
- Develop shopping lists based on menu selections and assist with procurement.
- Prepare detailed prep and packing lists to ensure all event logistics are organized and ready for execution.
CRM Management:
- Oversee the management of our CRM, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), including data entry, contact management, and workflow automation.
- Assist in setting up and managing marketing campaigns, tracking client interactions, and maintaining accurate client records.
Project Management:
- Assist with various project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with different team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with event planning and familiarity with platforms like Nowsta, or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in CRM management, specifically HighLevel (GoHighLevel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the event planning industry or hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
