Job Description:
- Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business.
- Provides network and database administration, device management, and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.
Skills/Experience:
- Technical infrastructure support backstop, owns and brings to resolution all technical issues escalated from operations team
- Able to work independently on assigned projects, coordinating resources and collaboration as necessary
- Applies second-order thinking to engineering solutions for assigned projects
- Able to articulate technical details and reasoning to technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills:
- 6-8 years experience in an Enterprise IT or Service Provider role
- Deploy/Provision/Maintain/Operate experience with VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, Pure SAN Storage, Fiber Channel, Zerto
- Experience working within ticket systems such a Service NOW
Desired Skills:
- Experience with automation, using tools/languages like Terraform, Powershell, Python
- Experience with CI/CD practices and patterns for Infrastructure
- Familiarity with principles of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering
- Cloud platform operating experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience working in an Agile framework
