Strictly temporary role for associate on leave through end of 2024
Laptop provided
Financial services experience is preferred- banking, retirement services for example
Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) candidates preferred
Main responsibilities:
- Review/approve incoming benefit applications
- Organize/file applications (electronic and paper)
- Follow up correspondence on applications
- Update and monitor loan applications
- Catalog weekly benefit payments
- Print/mail correspondence
- Assist with mail sorting/distribution
- Scanning- Mail
- Electronic file organization
- Data entry/review
- General office Support – periodic mailings, filing, etc.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Proactive problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive data correctly/professionally
high School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
