Temporary Front Desk Receptionist for one of our clients in the trade industry. Our client is a growing company who values their employees and believes in working together as a team to deliver outstanding service to their customers.
Our client needs someone who can fill in for their current receptionist on a temporary basis.This is a 100% onsite role.
Front Desk Receptionist
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Clear communication at all levels and across all areas of function
- Must possess excellent time management skills and can prioritize work in a busy office environment
- Dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Must live in the DFW metroplex and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Essential Functions
- Greet clients, customers, and employees
- Mail, phone, and conference room set up
- Set up and archive projects
- Calendar upkeep
- Assist or Administrative Assistants with invoices, data entry, and change orders, as needed
- Assist accounting department with various tasks, as needed
