The
Data Architect Manager will be responsible fordevelopment of solutions by leveraging data platforms with multiple data sources to create a modern Enterprise analytics platform. The role will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data is collected, stored, processed, and analyzed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The role will support the digital transformation journey of the Data and Analytics Team at Rheem. This exciting transformation will enable new cloud technologies that will transform the way we derive value from our data assets.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring Data Security and Compliance
- Designing Enterprise Data Management Frameworks
- Develop and implement an overall organizational data strategy aligned with business processes.
- Responsible for creating blueprints for data management systems, ensuring that data structures meet business and technology requirements while adhering to security and compliance regulations.
- Translating business requirements into databases, data warehouses, and data streams.
- Implementing Data Management Processes:
- Create and implement processes and procedures for data management. This includes ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to devise and implement data strategies, build models, and assess stakeholder needs and goals
- Building Data Models and Solution Strategies:
- Define an organization’s data vision and put it into practice. Analyze, plan, and define data architecture frameworks, including security, reference data, metadata, and master data.
- Research data acquisition opportunities and develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to retrieve data.
- Responsibilities for Rheem Enterprise Data Platform:
- Design, develop, and deploy data solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Co-develop and maintain automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Optimize data integration processes for performance and cost, by tuning queries, caching data, and managing resources.
- Collaborate with other teams and partners is key such as, business teams, partners, to ensure data solutions meets their requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics/engineering related streams
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically in large data management projects
- 3+ years of leading and managing a team of analysts and/or developers
- Strong Understanding of Data Warehouse/Lakehouse, Dimensional data Modelling, ETL/ELT, CDC concepts.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and services including Azure Data Factory(ADF), Azure Synapse, Azure Synapse Pipeline, Spark Notebooks, Azure Synapse Dedicated SQL Pool Warehouse ,Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Power BI and Azure Data Lake storage
- Understanding of with various data formats like relational, json, parquet, delta, streaming and others
- Proficiency in SQL,T-SQL and Python/PySpark
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Aptitude to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent business facing and internal communication skills
- willingness to work with multiple external partners.
Preferred Qualification
- Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate Certificate
- Experience with Data Science/ML.
- Manufacturing/ CPG industry experience
