About the Job:

Tadaweb is hiring an Account Executive for its emerging USA business. This is an individual contributor client-facing role to lead the growth of a segment of our DoD business (Army, Air Force, Navy). The role is remote and may require up to 25% to 33% travel within the US and abroad for customer engagements and will require collaboration with internal and customer stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Scope of work:

You will work on all aspects of the Go To Market (GTM) motion to include the pursuit of new logos, renewals, upsells, etc. Tadaweb US has been operating for about 12 months and has a number of key customers on trials in addition to foundational customers in Europe and Canada.
This is an individual GTM/Sales role with responsibilities to build deep relationships with our customers to help elevate their PAI capabilities.
You will be responsible for GTM strategy formulation and execution, including planning, networking, evangelism, prospecting and managing your opportunity pipeline.
You will prove how our platform can solve a prospect’s use-cases by working with Tadaweb’s PAI customer success managers (CSM) to develop an engagement strategy and lead customer. After contract award, the CSM take on customer success responsibilities while you remain heavily involved with the customer to ensure their needs are being met and to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

10+ years of experience leading and closing strategic SaaS for complex PAI or other mission specific capabilities to US DoD customers and/or direct experience as a public sector customer
Direct experience with US Army US Air Force, Dept of Navy, GCCs, USSOCOM or Defense Agencies in uniform, as a civilian or a contractor.
Domain expertise in PAI, open-source intelligence, threat intelligence, law enforcement investigation, research, cyber security and/or national security
Technically savvy with the ability to develop deep expertise in the Tadaweb product suite and its use cases.
Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to sell innovative solutions into a new market
A competitive desire to win, and act with the principles of integrity and honesty
Based on the East Coast (DC, Tampa, VA Beach, Fayetteville, etc.) with the willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives
You will be required to attain and maintain a security clearance for this role

We also love:

Depth of experience in the national security community, ideally having worked in both the public and private sector. Previous work experience in the use of PAI is a plus.
Network of public sector decision makers and budget holders
Deep knowledge of the commercial ecosystem including system integrators, cloud solution providers, consultants, advisors, trade associations, etc.
Track record of GTM success involving structured evaluations for managed services and/or solution sales of professional services
