Full-Time Customer Service role, supporting a large footwear and apparel distributor through the holiday season!
Job Duties
- The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
- Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
- Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions.
Start Date: End of September or October (through holiday season – estimated end date of Jan/Feb 2025, dependent on business needs)
Hours: must be open to working a 40+ hour work week within hours of operation –
schedules will be assigned based on business needs
Mon-Sat, 8am – 5pm MST - Peak season between Mon-Sun between 7am-6pm MST
Pay: $16.50-/hr. – opportunity for overtime hours
Equipment is provided.
