Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description
A Patient Care Coordinator position entails either working as a Medical Assistant or a Pharmacy Tech. The role requires you to work independently from protocols to track quality metrics, manage protocol refill requests, and conduct data mining in the EMR for crucial clinical information. This is a front office position in a high-volume medical clinic that supports 17 doctors and sees over 150 patients per day. You must maintain professionalism and strong customer service throughout the day, facilitating and guiding patients for telehealth appointments, and working with patients, providers, pharmacies, and laboratories for patient orders.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fountain Valley, California.
Work Environment
This is a very professional and traditional medical office setting. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in an internal medicine clinic.
