About The Job
The Associate Business Systems Analyst is an early-in-career role within the Enterprise Business Systems team. The EBS organization’s mission is to enable Brightly’s internal teams to do their roles more efficiently maximizing the potential of enterprise applications and data. This is a techno-functional role, in other words your passion and willingness to develop into a technical employee is as important as your accumulated experience. With responsibilities to safeguard the software investments made for our internal operations, the right candidate will understand the importance of attention to details and the flawless execution of their key responsibilities such as, extending SaaS applications for Sales, CSC, etc... Additionally, the role will support and maintain the customizations & integrations between off the shelf SaaS software’s, such as CRM, ERP, etc. ensuring an exceptional experience for the internal client, our employees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshooting and resolving of L2 tickets existing and new customizations and integration processes.
- Building new functionality around platform configurations and low-code automations
- Create, maintain, and optimize apex, stored procedures, functions, database structures, and ETL processes to adapt to changes in needs and requirements, ensuring a high degree of data quality.
- Build complex UI-based automations (e.g. SFDC Flow, Certinia Foundations Mappings, etc.)
- Creates and maintains documentation covering customizations, interfaces, data stores, transport technologies and source data.
- Validates customizations and data integration processes in test environments.
- Contribute to identifying scalable solutions in existing systems and/or implementing new systems
- Performing Unit/QA testing
- Performs routine maintenance and monitoring on SaaS applications and integrations.
- Ensures acceptable levels of system integrity and security.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of prior technical experience in lieu of degree
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Lots of curiosity and a drive to solve problems through technology
- Strong sense of ownership to figure things out
- Detail oriented with the ability to understand both the user problem and technical solution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with process owners, end users, and vendors
- Strong documentation etiquette to clearly define both the problem and the solution
- Outstanding customer service skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs a plus
- Ability to configure SalesForce platform and build low-code automations a plus
- Ticket management software such as Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService a plus
- Salesforce Lightning components experience a plus
- SQL and/or Apex experience a plus

The pay range for this position is $48,650 - $83,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
