Mission
Your mission is to sell, persuade, and inspire in order to connect our influencer clients with the brands that propel them toward their aspirations.
Role
You hold the keys to the kingdom of brand opportunities for our influencer clients. You are a sales force of nature who uses creativity and persistence to create brand opportunities for our influencer clients. You identify target brands, craft outreach communication, identify optimal channels, deploy that communication, follow up, pitch, follow up, sell, and close the deals that our clients covet.
KPI
Success will be measured by deals closed, client satisfaction, and dollar value of deals.
Responsibilities
- Leading our sales initiatives to connect our influencer clients to brands
- Maintaining a database of brand leads and opportunities
- Listening to influencer client aspirations to be able to finely tune the opportunity set delivered to them to maximize client delight
- Crafting pitch materials
- Executing brand outreach & deployment to generate sales leads
- Relentlessly follow up and close deals that matter.
- Selling and persuading in order to move brands to partner with our clients
- Tracking progress of leads through sales funnel via a platform such as Asana
- Building relationships with key executives at brands, other agencies, and positions of influence with brands
Qualifications:
- You’re a natural sales talent who knows how to close deals.
- Communication and presentation skills are your superpowers—written, verbal, and visual.
- You’re a self-starter who thrives without needing structure or supervision.
- You’re social media savvy and understand the basics of brand deals.
- 1+ years of experience in a startup
