Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, post job openings, and develop recruiting strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment software with accurate and current information.
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, and work to improve processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to build brand awareness and attract potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
