Description of the role:
The Sales Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling sales appointments for the Frank Kent Motor Company in Fort Worth, Texas. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales leads and inquiries
- Contact potential customers to schedule sales appointments
- Maintain an organized schedule for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions
- Coordinate with sales representatives and provide them with necessary information for appointments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using scheduling software and CRM systems
