Customer Care Analyst Pay And Benefits
- Hourly pay: $35-$45/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's experience)
- Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 50% of the time)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Posibble extension/conversion
Customer Care Analyst Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers to help them overcome issues related to products or services provided by the company.
- Work with technical inquiries and help customers to overcome these difficulties.
- Support analysts often guide customers through self-help methods with the aid of resources and documentation. When protocol has been followed and the issue cannot be resolved, the analyst may need to find an alternative solution.
- Monitor, document, and follow-up on these processes to ensure that customers are satisfied.
Customer Care Analyst Qualifications
- Patience is important in this position, as customers are sometimes frustrated with the problems they are facing, and it may be necessary to communicate with customers by phone, chat, or e-mail, and sometimes a combination of these.
Compensation: From $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
