As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a Security Roadmap, overseeing high-impact security projects with nationwide implications. You’ll focus on initiatives related to phishing, fraud prevention, and client/customer identity verification.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibility is to deliver projects on time, aligned with requirements, and within the security portfolio’s scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the Security Roadmap, consisting of security and fraud prevention projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with diverse teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Strategic Thinking: Anticipate project impacts and navigate challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Present concise, tailored communications to senior leadership, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including risk/issue logs and workback schedules.
- Execution: Deliver on transformational business and systems projects from initiation to completion.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years managing complex, multi-faceted business or transformational projects.
- Experience working on Security & Fraud programs within a technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive-level presentations.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear communications and recommendations.
- Self-starter with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bilingual fluency in English and French.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP) or MBA.
- Experience in managing security initiatives with a nationwide impact (e.g., phishing, identity verification).
