Overview:
This Website Manager will be responsible for the website's daily operations and drive the eCommerce business's growth. The role will collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Customer Service departments to create a best-in-class digital experience. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, results-driven, and able to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day website operations with oversight responsibility for operating metrics and key performance drivers.
- Oversee website content, blogs, navigation, and functionality to enhance user experience.
- Manage website programming and content timeline.
- Ensure that content updates are accurate and timely, surrounding all new collections, promotions, and related content.
- Coordinate new product listings, product launches, landing pages, campaigns, and promotions.
- Merchandise product offerings, optimizing visuals and descriptions to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Create special shops and merchandise categories as needed.
- Monitor global websites and communicate seasonal and promotional updates to international partners.
- Work with Customer Service to mitigate all inquiries and customer feedback.
- Communicate recommended improvements to management and the marketing team as needed.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of proven eCommerce management experience with a strong understanding of retail/eCommerce business processes.
- Must have experience with Shopify Plus.
- Experience in the fashion/streetwear industry is a plus.
- Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Demonstrate a history of performing in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
- Adept at working independently while remaining responsive to executive guidance and direction.
- Goal-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits strong initiative and can work independently with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with coworkers at every level.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Maintain an analytical mindset in conjunction with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong ethics and values that support the company goals and culture.
Preferred Location: Los Angeles, New York, or Miami
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods. The ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
