We are looking for a frontend software engineer to join us at Dreamwell, an influencer marketing platform focused on performance and revenue for some of the largest brands in the world. We’re an investor-backed company that recently raised a round from top VCs and Angel Investors.
As a software engineer at Dreamwell, you will be expected to drive many key projects for our company, in a crucial time as we scale out to support more customers. For this front-end role, you should be familiar with building complex, data-driven SaaS platforms for B2B users. This entails leveraging our backend APIs to develop performant and intuitive products like our influencer CRM, qualification toolset, and reporting dashboard. The domain is focused on simplifying the management of influencer campaigns, revealing insights that correlate metrics from social content with website conversion, and reporting marketing performance in an effective manner.
At Dreamwell, we believe that influencer marketing should have the sophistication of top paid performance marketing channels like Facebook and Google ads. We’re building that vision, while also creating products to enable creators to earn top dollar for their content.
How you’ll have impact.
- Build world-class, intuitive products with deep ownership from design to deployment.
- Contribute across the stack of our web platform built in Typescript, Node, Python, React, Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse.
- Leverage the latest AI models to increase marketing performance for our customers.
- Engage with our customers to help steer the product roadmap.
- Develop new product lines like our influencer-sided software and experimentation platform.
Qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience in driving engineering projects from design to deployment, ideally with web applications.
- Maintain a high standard of shipping throughout your career.
- Ability to orchestrate requirements between business, product, and engineering to deliver customer value.
- Full-stack by nature, but specialized in areas that spark your interest.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done with ownership and autonomy.
