Vallure Agency is seeking a part-time Digital Campaign Manager to join our team as a 1099 staff member. Our ideal candidate will have the skill set and experience in paid media strategy, paid Google and Meta campaigns, multi-channel campaign management, conversion optimization, data analysis, and a detailed understanding of digital best practices.
This is a mid-level position with a pay range of $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience) with room for rapid growth within our firm. We are looking for a candidate eager to grow with a talented boutique team and dive into a variety of projects as we grow our client roster. This person will report to our Project Manager and work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and entire project team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Meta and PPC.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and project team to develop, implement, and refine campaign strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of A/B testing for optimal ROI.
- Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
- Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media.
- Generate detailed performance reports to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement, tailored to each client and strategy.
- Address and resolve issues related to campaign performance, platform changes, and client feedback with a proactive, creative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple client accounts.
- Provide monthly CRO summaries.
- Work with our full stack developer to build in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or similar discipline
- 3+ years of professional paid campaign management experience, agency a plus
- Proven experience in digital campaign management, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, PPC, and Meta.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns for diverse clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the Growth Marketing Manager.
