Responsibilities

- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of performance data across various business units.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting systems that track and evaluate these metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in performance analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and data management software.
- Experience in developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to guide and develop high-performing teams.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how data-driven insights impact organizational performance.
