Job Overview
The Director of Performance Analytics will lead the development and execution of analytics strategies that drive organizational performance and growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Performance Analytics team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business success.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of performance dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data across all business units.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning, to enhance decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in analytics to keep the organization competitive.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Establish and enforce data governance and compliance standards within the analytics function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing analytics strategies that drive business performance.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAS) and data management software.
- Expertise in performance measurement, KPI development, and data visualization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
