Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer information in the company's database with a high level of accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, managing office supplies, and preparing reports.
- Support other departments with data entry and customer service-related tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
