Project Manager II
IntePros is looking for a Project Manager to work a hybrid, 3 days a week in-office work schedule for our Premier Client located in Irving, CA. This is an exciting role that will work on an interactive team facilitating alpha, beta, and delta testing for products designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functional with a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Build weekly detailed reports around feedback, survey results, and metrics captured during testing.
- Ability to take action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance.
- Monitor backend metrics for all assigned programs.
- Correlate backend metrics with tester feedback to identify trends.
What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?
- 3+ years of program/project management
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical troubleshooting role.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
