The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with Management to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Work with Management to develop, drive, and implement project goals
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
- Track project accomplishments and progress
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
- Perform quantities takeoffs
- Perform detailed estimates from tender documents
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, including tracking time and materials for claims
- Coordinating project submittals
- Financial management and reviews
- Tracking and documenting project cost/quantities
- Complete procurement of construction materials and supplies
- Perform detailed estimates from tender documents.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft office, B2W experience considered an asset.
- Proficient in reading drawings and performing quantity take-offs
- Excellent written and verbal skills – able to communicate in a timely and concise manner
- Experience with estimating, project coordination and management
- Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License With Drivers Abstract
