Creative & Content Manager

This individual will be responsible for all aspects of design, video production, content planning, and social media strategies to deliver brand consistency and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, exceptional project management and leadership skills, and have a passion and understanding of our consumer.

Responsibilities:- Creative Development & Production:
- Develop innovative and impactful designs and video content that align with RIP IT’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Designing all assets including but not limited to product imagery, advertising, website, email, social and B2B materials (eg. catalogs, banners)
- Oversee the production of creative assets including product photography, graphics, and promotional materials for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Collaborate with eCommerce and Performance Marketing leads to fulfill and optimize creative assets.
- Content Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that includes blog posts, videos, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Social Media Management & Influencer Support:
- Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and performance analytics to optimize strategies and drive growth.
- Supporting RIP-IT influencer program through content briefing, white-listing and engagement. Shipping product kits and materials.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with RIP-IT’s brand guidelines and voice.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all content produced.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the sports industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Experience managing organic brand social media accounts and engaging with influencers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, video, and content creation skills.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Canva and social media platforms and management tools.
- Strong ability to stay up to date on industry developments and trends and with a focus on female athletes' needs and wants.
- Passion for driving brand growth and closing the gap in footwear, apparel, and gear for female athletes.
- Position is hybrid with approximately 3 days in office in Orlando and flexibility to work remote on days when schedule permits. Ability to self motivate in a home office environment with occasional travel as needed.
