As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a Business Intelligence Developer!
The Business Intelligence Developer will work with Fleet Operations departments to create and support interactive reporting products that support critical operational and strategic business needs. This role works independently and as part of a team on low-to-medium complex code, traditional, and visualization-based reporting products. The Developer also supports business users with product questions, issues, and enhancement requests. This position will also serve as a liaison to the IT department and assist Fleet Operations departments to resolve data and business-related issues.
This position offers a starting salary of $72,000.
This is a Hybrid position requiring one day per month in-office at our operations center. Our operations center is located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Participates in requirement-gathering sessions with business sponsors
- Participates in discussions with senior team members to gain an understanding of the business needs and objectives for projects and reporting
- Leverages best practice visualization strategies and recommend new visual reporting solutions/strategies to meet the business needs
- Develops and maintains low-to-medium complexity ad-hoc and recurring business intelligence reporting solutions through all stages of the software development life-cycle using a variety of reporting tools and techniques
- Provide analysis and recommendations to drive desired behaviors and results
- Develops and maintains automated processes using various tools and technologies
- Implements security solutions for low-to-moderately complex projects
- Provides support, implementation planning, communication, and execution on reporting product rollouts
- Research and identify data issues and partner with IT to resolve

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in the Metropolitain St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties
- Must live in the state of Missouri or Illinois
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative field required
- Two (2) years relevant experience developing & maintaining low-to-medium complexity database queries and ETL processes required
- One (1) year relevant experience developing and maintaining parameter-based, automated reporting products (SQL, Visual basic, ERP Systems) required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL query creation and modification capabilities
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work From Home (WFH) Requirements
- Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
