Position Overview:
As a Property Manager Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and management of our properties. This temporary position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including lease administration and tenant relations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, files, and documentation
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with rent collection and financial record-keeping
Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations
