Data Scientist - AdTech - Analytics (SaaS)
An opportunity for a talented and creative Data Analyst /Scientist to join a high growth ‘disruptive’ AdTech / Analytics SaaS business within a boutique (independent) digital agency – based in Central London (*Flex).
Sitting within a growing Data & Engineering hub (approx. 25 people) , you’ll be a core member of that team where you’ll connect and analyse large, diverse datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
You will be leading, directing and supporting the entire Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) process which includes, data collection, model development, insights/reporting, data storytelling & recommendations.
Key duties:
- Working closely with the Data Engineers to innovate and automate the modelling process.
- Daily use of programming language (e.g. R / Python / SQL) as a quality control of analytics produced within the team and to ensure robustness and validity.
- Investigate patterns or irregularities in data and reports
- Mentoring and being the ‘go to’ person for junior Data Scientists.
About you:
- BA/BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (STEM)
- Minimum of 3 years of data analysis/ data science experience, ideally within the Digital Media and/or Advertising sectors.
- Hands-on experience with delivering media measurement and effectiveness projects using Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)/ econometrics techniques.
- Strong experience with R or Python and SQL.
- Strong experience with a range of data visualisations (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Studio) SQL (advanced querying) and statistical packages (i.e. Python or R)
Up to £65k base + discretionary bonus + benefits
