Techtrust is looking for a Sr. Data Engineer to join our client, a Big 4 Consulting Agency. You will act as the primary representative on all architecture matters and also as the leading member of the Architecture Team. Our client is looking for a results oriented, motivated Data Engineer who is excited to dabble in Machine Learning and cross-functional leadership.
- The role is hybrid (Mon/Fri remote) from our clients DC office.
- This role is not able to support C2C
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary representative on all architecture matters and the leading member of the Architecture Team
- Play a key role in collaborating with our clients to determine their roadmaps
- Work closely with various software development team(s) to migrate and architect data to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and directly with clients to validate migrated data
- Work with Agile development teams to understand changes and their impacts towards data migration efforts
- Manage database administrators’ workload and activities, among other tasks
- Mange schedules for data management (e.g. migration, integration, etc.) efforts
- Build processes and scripts required to transform and stage data necessary to develop products and analyses
- Operate in all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- MUST have 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, account
- management, or sales within the staffing agency industry
- 3+ years supporting Information Technology customers & skillsets
- In-person customer relationship building experience
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, other CRMs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
