We are looking for a dynamic and organized B2B marketer to join our client's team as a
Marketing Program Manager, focused on driving results through demand-generating media programs!
In this role, you will support the creation and execution of content syndication, webinars, and intent programs while also providing essential support to other program managers. You will manage day-to-day operational tasks, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and work closely with outside vendors to ensure the success of pipeline-generating programs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize process documents using SharePoint and Box.
- Populate quarterly campaign project details documents and assist program leaders with tickets for campaign setup.
- Own the campaign setup and edits in Integrate (lead delivery tool).
- Copywrite campaign descriptions and follow-up emails.
- Manage campaign pacing by creating and distributing weekly reports, including data review and analysis from multiple sources.
- Project manage vendors, including quality assurance of landing pages/emails, campaign optimizations, invoicing, and pacing.
- Pull, compile, and analyze data to distribute strategic findings and provide data-driven suggestions.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Acquisition team to understand channel needs and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Work with marketing counterparts to develop campaigns that enhance marketing reach and increase KPIs.
- Engage with internal team members and vendors daily to ensure seamless program execution.
- Utilize creativity in A/B testing for marketing communications and generate ideas for new program tactics.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven experience managing demand generation channels with a strong understanding of content syndication and webinars.
- Ability to meet fast-moving deadlines and manage multiple projects with various stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working within a large organization.
- Proficient in SharePoint.
