Role Description:
This is an unpaid, remote internship lasting 3 months. The Digital Marketing Intern will primarily be responsible for creating social media posts and search engine optimization (SEO), but other tasks will be tailored to what you're interested in. You'll work across various industries including pet products, food & beverage, financial services, and more!
This jack-of-all-trades internship offers a comprehensive look at multiple facets of marketing. Depending on your interests, you'll have the opportunity to learn website design, branding, SEO, copywriting, paid ads, UGC content creation, email marketing, etc. Weekly one-hour training sessions will cover these topics, followed by practical tasks to apply your learning.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create social media content using Canva
- Participate in 3-4 client calls per week (schedule permitting)
- Attend a weekly check-in/training call
- Complete weekly tasks related to various marketing disciplines
- Engage in independent work with guidance from the team
Qualifications:
- Content creation skills with Canva is a huge plus!
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong desire to learn and grow in various aspects of marketing
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
