Job Title: Digital Project Manager/Producer

Compensation: 120K-130K DOE

Our health and science based client is looking for a Digital Project Manager/Producer to join their product innovation team for a 12+ month contract. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between creative vision and execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that push the boundaries of healthcare innovation. As part of a forward-thinking team, the Digital Project Manager/Producer will work closely with cross-functional experts, including scientists, marketers, and digital product teams, to bring groundbreaking ideas to life.
The ideal candidate for this role will combine their experience with project management, client services, and business development to drive innovative solutions and build strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Project Management
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of creative projects within the incubation lab, ensuring that all stages—from concept development to final delivery—are executed smoothly and on time.
- Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, researchers, and marketing professionals, to address and resolve any operational challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Client Management & Collaboration
- Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the incubation lab and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on creative goals and strategies. Facilitate communication across various teams to maintain clarity and drive project momentum.
- Client & Partner Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client and partner communications, managing expectations and ensuring that creative outputs align with stakeholder goals and the lab’s mission.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners, ensuring that their needs are met while maintaining the creative integrity of the project.
- Opportunity Scouting: Identify and propose new creative opportunities that align with the incubation lab's goals and capabilities, leveraging market trends and emerging technologies.
Operations
- Resource Management: Oversee and allocate creative resources effectively, ensuring that the right talent, tools, and technologies are available to meet project demands.
- Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine creative processes within the incubation lab, introducing best practices to elevate the quality and efficiency of creative outputs.
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years in a producer, program mgmt, or client services role. Preferably within design, biotech, pharma, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated communication, time and task management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian, Monday.com), and a strong understanding of digital media and content creation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree
