About The Role
As a Project Manager within our national Supply Chain team, your work will have a big impact on the success of our strategic projects to strengthen our Supply Chain (auto and property) and advance our competitive advantage.
Our team will count on you to manage and consolidate regional and national requirements, collaborate with our internal partners at all levels, and oversee the resourcing, timelines and execution of our Supply Chain projects.
Here Are a Few Ways You'll Make a Difference
- Follow the project evolution and communicate the progress made and ensure the alignment with our long-term vision
- Manage project risks including contingency and critical path. Manage roadblocks and risk factors with governance in place.
- Contribute to the resolution of issues and suggest alternatives to achieve objectives. Make sure an appropriate methodology is used throughout the project lifecycle. Support the team providing all the necessary tools to complete their role.
- Oversee the project governance structure and ensure we are delivering on our objectives.
- Analyze data information obtained from various sources, detail the high-level information and provide users with appropriate recommendations.
- Support project Change Management activities, including implementation efforts and transition issues to ensure business risks are identified and solutions are recommended.
Your profile
- Successful experience in leading multiple important projects and would like to join a team with high visibility that has a strategic impact on the organisation
- Or 3+years of experience in business analysis, project activities, data analysis and you are ready for the next step in your career leading projects.
- Strong business, strategic and financial acumen and understand how pieces fit together.
- Assertive and exert positive influence while living our values.
- Highly analytical and excel at data analysis
- Strong written communication skills and are comfortable presenting to employees and to executives alike.
- Ability to remain calm and focused on rapid resolutions on issues.
- Capacity to work on multiple projects and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment, maintaining grace even in a context with tight deadlines.
- Sense of initiative and autonomy.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
