Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our Maitland (greater Orlando area), FL office.
Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing small to mid-size water/wastewater projects
- Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Perform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance organization's standards and delivery of services
- Manage and mentor junior-level engineering staff
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines within the firm
- Technical writing, including generating proposals, research assignments, pilot and test studies

Experience
- 15 years of increasingly responsible experience executing a variety of water, wastewater projects required
- Reverse Osmosis expertise preferred
- Experience leading, mentoring, managing small to mid-size teams
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Bluebeam
Certification
- Must be licensed Professional Engineer
Education
- B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
