Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: 50% Remote / 50% Office Work
Reports to: VP of Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare documents and reports, and provide regular updates without being prompted.
- Take ownership of delegated tasks, ensuring timely completion and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring all parties are kept informed.
- Suggest ideas and improvements on tasks, offering solutions and innovative approaches.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and communication, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Leverage a multicultural perspective to enhance communication and collaboration across diverse teams and clients.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience, including internships or junior roles, with a proven track record of proactive task management.
- Experience working in the IT Services or Communication Technology (CT) industry is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with C-level executives and clients.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and provide regular updates.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and intrinsic drive.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with technology tools and software relevant to the industry.
- Customer Experience Focus: A strong orientation towards enhancing customer experience and communication in all interactions.
- Multicultural Perspective: An understanding or appreciation of multicultural environments is a plus, aiding in effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and clients.
