JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Analyst to join our People Technology Team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for partnering with internal teams to gather business requirements, recommend solutions based on best practices, configure the system for end-to-end testing, and provide production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and updates.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements, ensuring the organization leverages new features effectively.
