Candidates must be local to Denver and willing to work on a W2 contract.
• Support the Product Team to cleanse and certify data loaded to the Contract Management System to provide data for various Regulatory and Business Reporting needs, including DORA, Finance and other key Business Areas for various KPI reporting
• Liaising with Business and Technology Teams to obtain any data required
• Analysis and data manipulation of existing information about contracts (such as contract reporting) into a combined record. Crucial success criteria is that business owners & subject matter experts feel confident the work performed is an accurate and reliable record of existing contracts
• Facilitate meetings to obtain information about existing contracts, including working with key stakeholders, and document information given to the level of detail required
• Support the Product Owner and Project Manager, and carry out other duties as assigned
Required skills
• Access database skills considered desirable
• Background in financial services (ideally asset management)
• Experience of data analysis
• Strong Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel, but also including Teams, Project, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to cut through complexity and create clarity
• Proactive problem solver, with a structured approach
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills – the ability to work across all levels of the organization
• A rolled-up sleeve positive and delivery focused approach
